My Flag

For art we made flags by taping patterns onto a piece of calico to make designs. After that we used dye to colour and design our work. Lastly we pulled off the tape to complete our work. My favourite part as pulling he tape off because it was fun.

Interference activity

This term we have been focusing on inference in our reading.  I have found have this easy because I am confident at inferencing activities.  Next time I need to challenge myself.

Kensuke's Kingdom

We are learning about how to find places on a map. We are reading a novel called kensuke's Kingdom. While Mrs Graham was reading, we had to listen for place names. We jotted these down on a whiteboard. After Mrs Graham had finished reading when we went there we then tried to find all the places on a map. Once we had transferred all the places on to the class map, we had to make our own. We use Google presentation and we learnt how to use the transition tool. Check out my funky animated map.

The Heart Shaped Dog

Room 19 were doing an activity about key competences I was hoping to be buddy's with Keanu but Mrs Graham said I was with Mikailah I didn't mind working with her. Next Mrs Graham said choose in you're buddy's who A and who B so me and Mikailah did paper  scissors  rock nothing wrong with that. She won so she wanted to be A so I was B. A had a picture and B had a whiteboard and pen. A had to tell B what to draw on the whiteboard the second thing she told me to do I knew exactly what it was. It was a dog but I didn't tell Mikailah that I knew at the end Mrs Graham told us to show each other the photos but min looked nothing like what she showed me.
